Declan is an unusual name, how did you come upon it?
Do you live in Denver, I think you do. I have lived in Boulder, Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Steamboat and Denver, popping around and skiing from '89 to '02. Our last house was on Sloans Lake, in the Highlands.
Salt Lake City reminds me of Denver about 15 years ago, a great time to buy with the same weather, but more snow (I love that part!); Mormons don't get in the way if you spend enough time at the wine store.
